Best Online Shops + Black Friday Sales #ILOVEONLINESHOPPING

Hello lovelies!

I've been really wanting to get a fashion post up but lately I've been stressing out about camera quality, I'm so excited to get my new camera so I can start taking better photos and start filming videos. Anyhow, I thought it would be a really fun idea to tell you about all of my favourite websites to shop online and give you some really great coupon links and things like that so let's get to it!

Boohoo is an online store (I'm not being sponsored by them don't worry!) which sells mens and womens clothes. The quality of their clothes is amazing and the sizing is extremely accurate. I love their store because everything is so affordable and in trend. At the moment they're actually having some really great deals so go and check them out, now!

I'm sure by now that everyone out there knows about ASOS. I love asos because not only do they sell clothes that are amazing quality, but they sell bourjois makeup! It's so exciting being able to grab some of the makeup from the site because they have some of the things that Priceline doesn't offer and at a really good price too.

The Iconic is an Australian site, WOOHOO! I love their clothing selection, my favourite part of TheIconic is the fact that they are so flexible with free returns with their products which makes sure that you're not wasting your money which is definitely one of the cons of online shopping. But I LOVE their stuff, go check them out.

Missguided is THE perfect online store for things like formal dresses or party dresses. I love how they're constantly updating their store with new and exciting things.

Now for something super exciting! BLACK FRIDAY IS COMING UP AND DO YOU KNOW WHAT THAT MEANS FOR THE ONLINE SHOPPING WORLD?! SALES! There's an amazing website called CUPONATION (*)  that offers some really awesome deals for fashion stores and things like that online. I believe that they also have some deals with asos and The Iconic going on too which is super exciting. Go check out their black friday deals by typing in (www.cuponation.com.au/black-friday) into that search bar of yours. Hope this helps all of you get some amazing deals.

Love you all!

Empties #1

Hello everybody! Today I am bringing to you my first empties post. Basically, an empties post is all the products that I have finished and accumulated over a certain period of time and I will be sharing them with you and letting you know my honest opinion on them. Also, I do apologise for how strange this photo looks, I've been playing around with taking photos for my blog and still haven't found a style that I'm absolutely in love with. I definitely do want to have the best possible quality and layout of photos for all of you, but it's quite difficult as I use my phone to take most of the photos for my blog. However, I will be purchasing my dream camera some time soon and giving my blog a makeover.

Dolly Wink, Liquid Liner Pencil.

This liquid liner has been a favourite of mine for a long time. The brush is thin and the liquid itself is very long lasting. However, it annoys me that it can only be purhased in Asia. [It can also be found in some asian stores in Australia but it's much more pricey] If you're lucky enough to be living where this is available, get it! It's definitely the best liquid eyeliner pencil, especially if you're a beginner and haven't mastered the winged eye look.

M.A.C Pressed Blot Powder

I've clearly hit pan on this. This is a powder that my sister actually gave to me and she was saying how it was one of her favourites, so I was pretty keen to try it. I have to say that it doesn't beat the Rimmel Stay Matte Powder, but it's definitely not a bad powder. I would recommend it for those who have combination skin and don't exactly have to worry about oil control. [I have this in the shade Medium]

Hourglass, Veil Mineral Primer

I bought this from MECCA for AU$25.00 and this one's the mini travel sized version (10ml). I've repurchased this 3 times and I'm going to continue purchasing this because I'm absolutely in love with it! The reason why I get the mini one is because I can't bring myself to spend AU$69.00 on the 30ml one. Although I know it's probably a lot cheaper since I keep on repurchasing it. I would definitely recommend this to everyone, it's perfect in combination with any foundation or BB cream.

REVLON, Precision Lash Adhesive.

I believe I purchased this from K-MART for about AU$16. I'm not one to wear falsies at all unless it's a special occasion and I absolutely suck at putting them on. However, this is a really good lash glue and I would like to say that it's nearly as good as the DUO lash glue. The only thing is, I only used this about once or twice and left it there for a few months and it dried up. It may have been because I didn't take proper care of it, but the product itself works wonders with falsies.

CAUDALIE, Lip Conditioner.

My sister gave this to me a while back when she was clearing out her makeup. To be honest, it's nothing special. Although Caudalie is a high end brand, I much prefer my EOS and Babylips.  I wouldn't recommend buying this as it's probably not worth the price that it retails for.

Makeup Forever, HD Foundation

This is by far the best everyday foundation for my skin. I love how it feels lightweight and it has some decent coverage too. (I wouldn't recommend it for those who are looking for high coverage) I also have to note that the coverage is build able. I'm in the shade N120 which matches me perfectly, many foundations are either too pinkish or grey on my skin but the HD foundation has a few options for yellow undertones, It also photographs beautifully on the skin.

Sorry about how short this post is, I promise I'll be blogging more once my exams are over :)
Have a good Sunday!

October Favourites!

Hey lovelies :) I'm pretty excited to be sharing my October favourites with you and what I've been loving this month because I've been blessed enough to try a few new things. There was actually a lot more that I wanted to share with you but those products will probably be in my November favourites as I've been trying most of the things that my brother has brought back from America towards the end of the month. So, let's get into it!

SILKYGIRL, Moisture Boost Lipcolour Balm

For the month of October I've definitely been experimenting with lots of lippies, both high end and drugstore. I'm gonna be honest with you, I'm so surprised that I loved this product. Basically, while I was on holiday in Malaysia, [so sorry this isn't available for all you Aussie readers] I picked up the cheapest lipstick/balm stain that I could find just because I needed one for the night. Tried it, loved it, bought every shade. This only retailed for RM13 which is insane! (AU$4) My two favourite shades for this season are Rose and Latte.

Rose is the perfect everyday pink colour, it's quite close to being an MLBB but a with a little more OOMPH! Latte is my absolute favourite right now, it's more of a nude pink compared to rose and it's perfect for a daytime look.

This is has pretty much the exact same consistency and texture as the Bourjois Colour Boost Lip Crayon, which you can purchase at priceline so click HERE.

O.P.I, Angel With A Leadfoot

Excuse the veins popping out of my hand. I've jumped on the white nail polish bandwagon, I purchased this in Malaysia as well. [I'm sorry that most of the things in my favourites are from Malaysia, I will provide links to similar or the same products]

I can definitely say that this is exactly the same as Essie Blonc just with a slightly different brush that doesn't affect me too much. I love how quick this is to dry and how long lasting it is. Personally, I always thought that O.P.I was just a big hype but it definitely lives up to it's expectations.

Garnier, BB Miracle Skin Perfector

I'm not really going to say too much about this product and where to get it as I did do a review about it which you can read HERE. However, I've definitely been loving this for an everyday use since my skin has been getting a little bit better.

Kiehl's, Creamy Eye Treatment

Whenever the weather changes, my skin goes CRAZY. I'm so envious of girls with darker skin as it usually looks so flawless and perfect no matter what condition it is. Also, due to exam period I haven't really been getting much sleep. This thing, has been a lifesaver. I'm not a big spender, so I picked it up at a skincare special show in Malaysia and got loads of samples of some other Kiehl's products too which I ended up packing into little goodie bags and giving to some friends.

It definitely saves any under eye troubles. It's a little bit pricey in Australia (AU$41.00) but definitely worth it if you have a need for it. If you wanted to grab it, click HERE.

Maybelline, Master Precise Blackest Black Liner

I've recently run out of my favourite eyeliner, which is the Dollywink liquid liner. It's a product that you can usually only get in Asia, online or if you're lucky, in an Asian beauty store. However, I couldn't really afford to be spending too much money on makeup after my trip so I looked for a cheaper alternative.

I never have high expectations for Maybelline, but this liquid liner is honestly one of the best that I've tried. It's so easy to apply, it doesn't smudge and is so affordable. [AU$13.95] The only downside is the fact that it isn't as pigmented as the Dollywink one. But still, loving it! Click HERE if you're interested in checking it out at the Priceline website for more details.

Palmolive, Hand Sanitiser [FIG AND COCONUT]

This was probably one of the most useful things while I was travelling. I hate the feeling of dirty or yucky hands especially when I'm on the plane. Also, I was out for quite a bit in Malaysia and I even touched something questionably wet on an escalator, not cute. So this was a lifesaver when I had those disasters. I guess you could say that any hand sanitizer would work but THE SMELL definitely wins me over and the fact that it's so flipping cute.

I actually got this because I read a blog post about it by ANGEL LEE who's another beauty blogger that I love and adore and she's so cute and funny and pretty and creative. Yeah, she's one of my favourites for this month too hehe. GO CHECK HER OUT, she's pretty famous ;)

Anyway guys, hope you enjoyed that post. Pretty excited to announce that starting a YouTube channel is definitely one of my goals that I'll achieve before mid next year. It's been a dream of mine for so long. I've been playing around with the camera (PS: I hate the sound of my voice on camera, like.. what even?!). By the way, what are your favourites for this month? Let me know! Also, contemplating on posting a food favourites for the month, would you be interested in that?

Love you!

Choice #HEARTTOHEART

Nearly every single thing that we do from the moment we wake up involves us having to make a choice.

Your alarm rings, are you going to press snooze or wake up early and start your day? Of course, there's factors and circumstances that determine the choices that we make. Did you spend your night unproductively watching YouTube videos until 2am? Maybe your circumstances are weighing you down. Things with your family ain't too great, school drama is driving you insane and you had a fight with your boyfriend or girlfriend last night on the phone. Realistically, the snooze button seems like the easiest and best option. After all, a little more time in bed won't change, right? Choose to not let your circumstances give you a crappy start to your day. If you keep carrying baggage and worries from day to day, it becomes a cycle.

What to eat for breakfast? There's some leftover pizza on the table from the night before. It's convenient, and who doesn't love pizza. But there's a bag of oats in your pantry that you've neglected for a while because cheat meal turned into cheat day, and cheat day turned into cheat week. In fact, your energy levels have been so low because you've been skipping breakfast to make up for how much you ate last night, but binging after hours. "I'll start again on Monday." Don't lie to yourself, take care of the precious body that God has given to you. Choose to fuel your body with food that gives you the energy that you need, and don't forget to treat yourself with a slice of pizza on girls night so that you don't go insane.

She's "that" friend. When you're around her, you're not yourself anymore. It's like you're one of the mean girls. You made the choice to continue being friends with her because you're scared that it's too late, that she's part of your identity. Plus, you'll lose all of your friends if you lose her. I mean, she's actually really nice sometimes, she makes you feel special. But deep down inside, her attitude is contagious. It's not too late. Remember that the relationships that you choose to pursue in your life, lead you to your destiny. "Tell me who you follow and I'll tell you who you are" Choose wisely.

What. An. Idiot. He is really pissing you off. Usually, you wouldn't do this. However, it's been a pretty bad day and you didn't deserve what he did. In fact, he really does deserve a punch in the face. Don't let one thing lead to another; don't let regret be the result of your rage. "Be the better man", it's corny and cheesy. But is it really worth it? You choose.

Addictions and habits become what they are because of the choices that people make. "One more time." "It's not that big of a deal." "Everyone else is doing it." "I can't live without it." "It's too late to stop now."
You are strong enough, you are more than worth it. Make the choice to be honest with yourself. Set realistic and timely goals. Most importantly, choose to stick to them.

Everyone has their own strengths and weaknesses. Everyone goes through things that no one else will understand. It's something that has been on your mind for the longest time. Maybe you've even tried talking to people about it but it didn't give you the results that you thought that it would. It's so easy to give up and shut everyone out. It's easy to start pitying yourself. Don't you dare go around rehearsing your struggles to people who have been through the same thing, you'll end up weighing each other down. Choose to talk to someone who cares. Choose to find the beauty in the ugliest of times. At the end of the day, it all comes down to choice. That person may have hurt you, and that probably wasn't your choice. But they've consumed so much of your time already, are you going to let them steal your potential and time? Choose to love yourself enough to let go. Don't try and be your own superhero, it never works; you may not realise it but there are people out there who love you .Choose to accept that, and take action.

Just make a choice, and see where it takes you.

Hello lovelies :) I'm sorry that all my posts lately haven't been on time and aren't that related to beauty or fashion. [I received a few goodies from my brother when he went to America so a haul will be up very soon]. The past two weeks have been pretty hectic as I've been trying to prepare for exams. To be honest, I've been feeling really demotivated with my blog, my health + career goals and my studies. So I want to be real with my readers and share with you about choice. If you didn't know I actually started blogging when I was younger about all those cheesy tumblr posts. Some were cringe worthy, but I loved it. I hope this inspired you in some way or another. I'm definitely not perfect and I definitely don't make the best choices. But I hope you enjoyed this, let me know if you want more of these posts.

AMERICA Sephora Goodies Haul!

Hello lovelies! I haven't been writing much in ages, I'm so sorry. I've been studying for my exam (which is tomorrow, woops) and instead of studying .. I'm writing this because I love you. I've actually prepared a few other posts but I'm contemplating on posting them because they're not really beauty, fashion or lifestyle related. Anyway, my brother went to America recently and brought me back these goodies! Shoutout to him and his amazing girlfriend too because he'd be clueless without her. So grateful and blessed to have received all of this! Before I start, excuse my nails, they're looking despicable at the moment.

Hourglass Ambient Lighting Powder [Diffused Light]

I've heard so many good things about this, so this was number one on my wishlist. Only problem was, it was so expensive. [It retails for AU$59.00] which is way too expensive for a highlighter in my opinion. The shade diffused light is so beautiful and subtle which is what I love. I'll probably do a full review and demo eventually but so far I've been loving this. I'd love to try out a few of the other shades too.

NARS, Lipsick [Catfight]

I've worn this about 5 times since I received it. This is my first NARS lip product and I'm absolutely loving it. NARS never ever fails to present their products beautifully, love the packaging especially. I chose the shade CATFIGHT which is a semi-matte nude mauve. It compliments my skin tone and is a perfect everyday lipstick. It's definitely more on the matte side, which is perfect for me. I'm definitely going to try out a few more shades! If you wanted to try it out and you're willing to spend the money, head down to Mecca if you live in Australia. [It retails for AU$35.00]

NARS, Bronzer [Laguna]

I love how compact and chic the packaging is. It's definitely one of those products that you can pop into that makeup bag that never seems to fit all the things that you want it to. I really love the way this compliments the NARS Orgasm blush. It gives the face a very sculpted look. The only downside is the fact that I can probably only use this on my summer face. [It's much too dark for my pale skin during winter]
If you're interested, it retails for AU$49.00 at Mecca which is a little bit pricey and in my opinion, there are dupes for it. But if you're willing to splurge, go for it!

Urban Decay, Naked2 Basics

Shades: (From the left to right) Skimp, Stark, Frisk, Cover, Primal, Undone.

This is definitely the product that I'm most excited about! I don't actually have the Naked Basics palette so I wouldn't be able to compare it. It's definitely much darker and has a more smokey effect than the Naked Basics. But honestly, this palette is the perfect everyday palette. I'll definitely do swatches and a full review on it if you guys are interested! Unfortunately, they don't actually sell it in Australia but I believe that you can get it online at Amazon.

Tarte, Amazonian Clay Foundation [Light Medium Sand]

This is my second bottle of this foundation, love it! I first tried it because my sister bought it a while back and didn't think it suited her skin tone so I stole it off her. I'm not going to say too much about it because I want to actually do a full review and comparison post with this, but it's one of my faves. Unfortunately, it's unavailable in Australia but there's definitely ways of getting it online.

Hope you enjoyed reading this, because I enjoyed writing it! Love all of you, thanks for reading and I just want to let you know that I'm not bragging about receiving these, I'm extremely grateful and once again; shoutout to my brother and his girlfriend :) Get ready for a huge transformation in my blog after my exams and a few little surprises.

LOVE YOU!
