Hey loves :) I'm finally getting my first official lifestyle recipe up for you all! In this series I'll be posting about quick and easy (and delicious) recipes that I use on an everyday basis. Today, I'll be sharing with you a really quick snack that I created which would be perfect to have as a post workout snack or at as a dessert. Healthy eating is definitely not my specialty so I'll try to make it as healthy as possible for you. However, I'll promise you that I never eat anything that isn't yummy, no matter how healthy it may be, it has to taste good.

What you'll need?
Strawberries (4-5) : Strawberries are definitely one of my favourite berries. But I reckon that this recipe would be amazing with some raspberries, blueberries or bananas. I usually just use whatever I have at the time.
Plain Greek Yoghurt (2-4 tbsp) : Chobani yoghurt is personally my favourtite brand of greek yoghurt. The best thing about it is the fact that it has a good amount of protein in it, and the fact that they have flavoured ones too. If you're on a strict diet I'd recommend getting the plain flavour due to the fact that the other flavours have a higher sugar content. (I'm not, I stole my sister's yoghurt, whoops. I'd usually go for the coconut flavour)
Strawberry Jam (1 tsp) : Plain Chobani yoghurt may be healthy but I'll be honest, it tastes really strange. Adding some jam would add loads more flavour and sweeten it up a little. I love jam that has huge strawberry chunks in it.
Coconut Chunks/Chips (A million handfuls): I am literally eating this as I type. Coconut Chips are the best thing ever. They absolutely make the whole dish. I also love eating them by itself. The ones that I use have sugar in it but you can get organic ones too.

Get creative and make it look pretty so you can instagram it hehe
[#rynspiration]! Unfortunately, presentation and I live in struggle
city. So I'd just chuck everything in a bowl rather than my fail attempt
that is demonstrated in the photo above (whoops). Also, don't forget to
pile those coconut chips on!
Here's the finished product (once again, struggling so hard to make it look presentable.
I even had to change the cup that I originally prepared it in because it was that ugly. Anyway, hope you enjoyed this lazy Sunday post. I know it doesn't look too great but I hope the taste of it will convince you ;) (those coconut chips oh my.) And yes, it's 2pm and I'm still wearing my pjs.
I'm actually going on a last minute trip soon (hint: Malaysia .. hint : Sephora!) So I'll be doing loads of shopping and trying my best to complete my beauty bucket list. September favourites will be up on Wednesday and stay tuned for more posts.
